Wow!!! The information on standing or walking around for 2 minutes every 20 minutes you’ve been sitting was so helpful. I sit wayyy too long at the computer without a break. From now on I will be more aware of getting up and not sitting for so long at a time. Thanks for the very helpful info.
Your advice is excellent and I have slowly implemented many of our ideas..Exercise has always been one of the best and the most effective ways in becoming healthy. This practice can not only keep you in shape but can also help you focus on life itself.Nice!
